When paying with credit card  no handling fee is charged
EOLV is safe. Paypal payment system meets all safety requirements have been tabled and approved and certified by PBS. Delivery Conditions
Sieg does not pay the freight, freight costs are disclosed separately for each product.
Sieg uses DHL shipping company upon delivery.

Complaints
